Every Mobility & Lifestyle outlet is supported by the Mobility & Lifestyle Service Centre. Our team of dedicated engineers are all fully trained specialists within their own right, we offer, install and supply goods using our own team to ensure that all customers receive a personal service, however we occasionally use an approved sub-contractor for the installation of curved stairlifts. For larger items we will conduct a handover procedure to ensure that our team thoroughly go through on how to operate your new mobility equipment. As part of our ongoing support we are able to offer the usage of free loan equipment whist yours is visiting our service centre and a direct telephone number to our team of service professionals.
Our service centre also stocks a huge range of spares including batteries, tyres, inner tubes, motors and much more. Mobility & Lifestyle offer a in store drop in service where you can make an appointment to meet an engineer in store to discuss your requirements allowing you to consult and ask as many questions as you like absolutely FREE of charge!
The Mobility & Lifestyle Service Centre is available to anyone and everyone even if you have purchased your goods from elsewhere.
