Mobility & Lifestyle is privately owned by its founders Mr Jason Wittering and Mr Richard Smith. Since the business was founded through dedicated customer service and excellent choice the company has now grown into one of the largest independent mobility companies in the Midlands. The company is a serviced based company that has been built on its reputation for offering excellent service, Mobility & Lifestyle now have 8 outlets each with their own loyal customer database producing a combined active customer count of over 30,000! Mobility & Lifestyle only ever use their own staff for on going customer support, deliveries and installations. Every member of the team at Mobility & Lifestyle is trained to offer the best level of customer service, each member of the team have been assigned their own duties and portfolio of customers to enhance the relationship between the staff and the customers of Mobility & Lifestyle.

The company is the only Mobility business in Midlands to trade as main dealers for both Pride and Electric Mobility (Rascal scooters) this status is also complemented by being awarded Elite Stockists by Cosyfeet footwear, Mobility & Lifestyle is one of biggest suppliers of Cosyfeet in England. The business model is simple and clear, logical store planning, fully trained staff and excellent after sales. Richard Smith added ” we have an infrastructure that allows to be flexible and supportive, we have a central storage facility backed by an internal delivery network meaning if it’s not in store then 10 times out of 10 we can get a stock item to the customer within 24 hours. Along with this we have established relationships with our key suppliers allowing us to offer better prices and priority service over other mobility companies. We have a policy of if we haven’t got it we can get it, we pride ourselves on the biggest choice at the best prices. ”
