If for any reason you change your mind and you wish to cancel your order please call us on (0800) 118 2625

Please note if we have dispatched the item then the item cannot be cancelled and the returns process come into effect.

Returns

Here at MobiQuip we hope you are happy with your purchase but if this isn’t the case please follow the returns process below.

Your statutory right entitles you to a 30 days returns policy. After this period we cannot accept returns.

The product should be in an as new condition and in all its original packaging.

MobiQuip are happy for you to inspect the goods, however the goods do need to be returned in its original packaging.

If your item was delivered via our standard delivery service or next day there will be a £50 returns fee payable, this will be deducted from your refund.

If your item was delivered via our engineered delivery service there will be a £80 returns fee plus a £50 re-packing fee, this will be deducted from your refund.
