If a person is registered disabled and/or suffers from a term medical condition or illness then in most cases that person will be exempt from paying VAT on medical or disabled equipment.

DOES MY MEDICAL CONDITION QUALIFY FOR VAT EXEMPTION?

If you have chronic illness or are terminally ill then this will qualify for VAT exemption, we will at the point of purchase provide some options to add in some information about your condition(s)

DO I HAVE TO FILL IN LOTS OF PAPERWORK FOR VAT EXEMPTION?

No is the simple answer, at the point of purchase there is a couple of  sections you need fill in. This information will be kept by MobiQuip and stored within accordance of the Data Protection Act

CAN I BUY ON BEHALF OF SOMEONE ELSE?

If you are a spouse, guardian, registered carer or parent of the person you are buying the goods for then you can claim VAT exemption on their behalf.

At the point of purchase you will be asked who the goods are for, if they are not for you personally then you will linked to another page in order for you to fill the users details in.

I AM A BUSINESS CAN I CLAIM VAT EXEMPTION?

VAT exemption can only be claimed for private individuals using equipment for their own personal needs
